About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to develop their career partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Risk, and HR—three functions central to governance, growth, and transformation.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Group Functions & Trading & Operations, you will be the trusted HR partner for Finance, Risk, and HR, delivering strategic people planning through to operational excellence. You will actively manage the relationship with the Chief Risk Officer, gaining valuable executive-level partnering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & People Planning

  • Act as the primary HR partner for Finance, Risk, and HR functions, building trusted relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Actively manage the relationship with the Chief Risk Officer, providing proactive HR advice and developing your executive stakeholder capability
  • Build and input to annual people plans for each client group, aligning people priorities with business objectives
  • Partner with managers to translate business needs into practical people solutions

 

 

Strategic Workforce Planning & Recruitment

  • Partner with leaders to understand future capability needs and translate these into workforce plans
  • Identify critical roles, skills gaps, and succession risks within your client groups
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies and support senior hiring processes
  • Input to headcount planning and resource allocation with a commercial lens

 

Talent, Performance & Succession

  • Support performance management cycles, ensuring quality conversations, fair calibration, and appropriate differentiation
  • Coordinate talent reviews and contribute to succession planning for critical roles
  • Coach managers on performance conversations, development planning, and addressing underperformance

 

Employee Relations

  • Own employee relations cases within your client groups, managing them through to resolution with professionalism and pace
  • Partner with the Employee Relations team to align on approach, ensure consistency, and escalate complex/high-risk cases
  • Provide clear, practical advice to managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence matters
  • Build manager confidence in handling people issues through coaching and guidance

SAP SD / S4HANA Logistics Implementation and Configuration:

o Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD/Logistics modules

o Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and configure the SAP system accordingly to meet business needs.

o Oversee integration between SAP SD/LOGISTICS and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, RAR, FSCM and external systems).

o Strong understanding of business processes and SAP integration with other modules (MM, FICO, & 3rd party system, etc.).

o Proven experience in leading SAP SD/ S4HANA LOGISTICS implementations and/or Support projects.

o Experience in managing a team of SAP consultants and/or non SAP consultants

o settings, report generation, and troubleshooting.

o Debug knowledge is an added advantage.

· Technical Skills:

The Research Engineering & Design Lab within Lunaro Research is looking for a Research Engineer with a passion for the unique challenges involved in the development of high-performance ML models, with a particular focus on optimizing the resource consumption of large-scale generative models, including for cloud and on-device deployment. Join our efforts to turn cutting-edge research into new products and features in web, desktop and mobile applications, and expand what’s possible in tools for creative expression.

 

 

What you’ll Do

Research, you will work closely with both scientists and engineers to ensure that new technologies being developed for generative AI models, image processing, audio, video, animation, 3D and vector graphics will run efficiently in-cloud and on a variety of platforms. You’ll help adapt models and algorithms to the limitations of different systems and devices. You will have the opportunity to:

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 — $238,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In Washington, the pay range for this position is $146,300 – $211,850

for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
